Paige Hansen is endlessly inspired and intrigued by food and the growing interest in the current state of the food system, both in the U.S. and abroad.
Paige’s first word was “hot” because her mom always warned her as a child, not to touch the hot stove. During college, Paige lived in China for a summer and learned firsthand how much food can connect us, even when people have little in common. She later studied at Apicius Culinary School in Florence, Italy to improve her skills in the kitchen.
Paige is currently a TV reporter by day and an amateur food blogger by night. She loves to read blogs and food news from around the world. Paige tries to create healthy (or healthy-ish) recipes that allow her to indulge her sweet tooth.
